LJ is the founder and Managing Director of Oxigen. He has a strong background and diverse experience in sponsorship management, public relations and digital marketing on national and international levels. After gaining experience working for a number of corporate communication and sponsorship agencies, LJ founded Oxigen Communications in 2010 and since then has brought a diverse portfolio of clients into the agency.

Hein du Plessis

HEAD OF BRAND AND DESIGN

As the creative director at Brand New SA, Hein is responsible for the creative direction for all existing and new clients’ brands. He oversees the creative process at Brand New and specialises in conceptualisation, brand name and tagline development and overall creative direction of all design projects. He has a thorough understanding of branding principles, design and printing processes. Apart from creative directing he is also responsible for new business development and building sustainable relationships with clients and suppliers. He has successfully managed the branding and rebranding projects of more than 300 companies, nationally, ranging from start-ups to companies that are 130 years old.

Dr Jannie Botha

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr Jannie Botha is one of the most well-known and respected sports psychologists in South Africa. He specializes in the psychology behind performance enhancement and strives to guide individuals and teams toward a heightened level of mental conditioning. Dr Botha is Oxigen’s official brand ambassador assisting the Oxigen management team with strategic guidance on new clients and business development.

Johno Meintjies

CONDITIONING COACH

Johno Meintjies is a world renowned conditioning coach and works closely with the Springboks teams getting them prepared for the tough conditions faced. He has a vast knowledge of sports and what makes an athlete perform at their highest level all the time. He is the conditioning coach of Stuwie to prepare him and get him firing at all cylinders to perform better.
